Chapter 1 - Problem 1.F2

The resulting figures could be used to determine the visocity of any gas. Just critical temperature is needed. This is a dream for engineers, determine physical properties with the minimum amount of information.

Chapter 1 - Problem 1.E1

Unfortunately, for engineering purposes, both molecular velocity and mean free path are seldom used, or practically nobody use them.

Chapter 1 - Problem 1.D1

For pure liquids, engineers use correlations based on experimental data at different temperatures. The Eyring's model is rarely used to estimate viscosities.

Reported value at 0oC is 0.179 Poises and at 100oC is 0.028 Poises. It seems that Eyring's model could be useful at high temperatures.
